The Health and Wellness Center was started in 2014 as a holistic alternative for patients. We focus on the whole body and offer an array of services to help with injuries as well as injury prevention. We look at the root cause of illness or injury and offer treatment options such as chiropractic, functional medicine, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, acupunture, cupping, laser therapy, active recovery therapy, sport taping, physiotherapy, hormone balancing, fertility, nutrition, neuromuscular re-education, and much more. We are always extending our services as technology arises and our department grows to better suit our patients’ needs. We beleive strongly in the body’s ability to heal itself if we create an optimal healing state.
