Dr. Anthony Ramos has been a local of the South Bay area for 15 years. He went to North Torrance High School where he played football all four years and continued to play football in college. Dr. Anthony received his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine from Cal State Dominguez Hills. He got his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Anthony has been working with various athletic teams in the area. During his free time, he likes to stay active at the gym doing weight training and enjoys the company of friends and family.
Victoria Hall, DC
Dr. Victoria Hall was born and raised in Torrance, California. Her passion for movement and healing began early — by the age of 17, she knew she wanted to become a chiropractor. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to optimizing human performance and wellness.
Dr. Victoria earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West. Her clinical training included a rotation at the Palo Alto VA Healthcare System, where she provided chiropractic care to veterans. This experience shaped her commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care and passion for treating first responders, military personnel, and veterans.
Since graduating, Dr. Victoria has been serving her community by providing chiropractic care to police officers, veterans, and firefighters. This valuable work has enriched her experience and passion, solidifying her unwavering dedication to serve those who serve.
She is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), a distinction that reflects her advanced training in preventing and treating athletic injuries. Whether working with athletes, first responders, or individuals looking to move and feel better, Victoria is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their healing.
Nicolle Pismarov, DC
Dr. Nicolle Pismarov is a Los Angeles native with a lifelong passion for health, science, and helping others achieve their fullest potential. Raised in Southern California, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Sonoma State University, where she developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based healthcare.
Before pursuing chiropractic medicine, Dr. Nicolle spent several years studying and practicing phlebotomy, gaining valuable clinical experience and a deep appreciation for patient-centered care. While working closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, she discovered her passion for a more holistic approach to health—one that focuses not only on managing symptoms but also on understanding and addressing the underlying causes of dysfunction.
Driven by this vision, Dr. Nicolle earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. She further refined her expertise through a chiropractic residency at BCO, where she trained under Dr. Julia Moen and developed a specialized focus in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and women's health.
Today, Dr. Nicolle is passionate about supporting women through every stage of their health journey. She provides compassionate, individualized care for expecting and postpartum mothers, helping them navigate the physical changes of pregnancy, prepare for birth, recover after delivery, and thrive in motherhood. She believes that every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout these transformative seasons of life.
Dr. Nicolle's approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, creating a space where patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their care. She is dedicated to helping women move better, feel stronger, and heal naturally while fostering long-term wellness for both mothers and their growing families.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Nicolle enjoys embracing the Southern California lifestyle, spending time outdoors, staying active, and connecting with family and friends.

Joanna Quintana, DC
Dr. Joanna Quintana is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic and proud Los Angeles native. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, before completing her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences, with a concentration in pediatrics and women’s health.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Joanna is passionate about making quality care accessible and inclusive for diverse families. She is dedicated to supporting patients from infancy through adolescence, helping children reach developmental milestones, overcome challenges, and thrive. Her clinical experience includes working with children with disabilities, youth in foster care, and adolescents facing behavioral and learning difficulties. She is also extensively trained in prenatal chiropractic care and provides compassionate, individualized support throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Joanna is a published children’s book author. In her free time, she enjoys running half marathons, writing, and spending quality time with her family.
Kelly Wynkoop, DC
Dr. Kelly Wynkoop is a New York native. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength & Conditioning. Her time as an undergrad provided opportunities to assist in high-tech research labs studying the biomechanics of overhead athletes, develop training programs for Division I athletes, study leadership styles abroad in Thailand, Myanmar & Cambodia, all while nurturing her ambition to help people. Dr. Kelly has fully embraced the west coast lifestyle since moving here - she fills her free time with roller skating, surfing, playing beach volleyball & camping in all the parks California has to offer.
She graduated chiropractic school from Southern California University of Health Sciences and completed her chiropractic residency at BCO where she trained under Dr. Julia, specializing in women’s health where she found her passion for providing quality care to pregnant & postpartum moms. She is grateful to serve this often overlooked population as their bodies adapt to the demands of motherhood.
Dr. Kelly hopes to foster a healthier population that relies less on alleviating symptoms & instead focuses on investigating the root cause of the issue.

Diane Kim, LAc, DAChM
Dr. Diane Kim has been providing exceptional orthopedic and holistic care to the South Bay community since 2006. By seamlessly blending traditional Eastern practices with modern Western insights, she offers a balanced, comprehensive approach to patient wellness. Dr. Kim earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA before completing her Master’s and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS). Her expertise later brought her back to her alma mater, where she served as a faculty member. Today, education remains a cornerstone of her practice; she takes great pride in teaching patients about their conditions and empowering them throughout their healing journeys. Dr. Kim was drawn to acupuncture by its deeply holistic philosophy. "This medicine allows the body's incredible healing mechanisms to work more efficiently, with minimal side effects," she notes.
When she isn't helping patients, Dr. Kim is a self-proclaimed "awful baker" who remains fiercely determined to perfect the craft. She also loves traveling and exploring modern art.
