There are many changes that occur throughout pregnancy. Many of these changes can create uterine strain and misalignment of the pelvis. We will work on your surrounding soft tissue, ligaments, and bones creating the optimal environment for yourself and your baby. We will also give you specific exercises originated from Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Birthfit, ICPA, and Spinning Babies. We are always taking the newest seminars and reading the most researched advancements in prenatal care.

Postnatal Care

Most people spend most of their focus on the prenatal experience for the mother. People tend to forget once your baby arrives the mother still is undergoing many changes physically and emotionally. We believe there is a huge void in this transitioning period of postnatal care, which is ongoing for mothers at different stages of motherhood. Our job is to not only physically and structurally give you relief from pain or discomfort that arises throughout this time with individualized treatments, but also help you create an optimal team of support for you during this ongoing and ever changing time.

Intrauterine constraint reduces the internal space for the developing fetus to move into the optimal birthing position. Sometimes the fetus may not be able to get into the head down position on their own resulting in the breech presentation.

The Webster technique consists of a very specific combination of adjustments and soft tissue/fascia treatment to normalize the tension of the uterine ligaments on the uterus itself and result in the decrease of intrauterine constraint. By decreasing the constraints, the fetus can position itself head down and in the optimal birthing position, which it wants to be!

The most current published research on the effectiveness of the Webster technique demonstrates an 82% success rate in breeched babies presentation.
